JEFFREY

I believe in teaching classes that are accessible and empowering. I draw my inspiration from communing with nature, the wisdom of Tantra, and the radical freedom of longboard skateboarding. I am amazed by the efficacy of the teachings of yoga in easing all suffering. In my practice, I have found my passion.  I am honored to share these teachings which I love and cherish so much.
