Women’s Self Empowerment Journey
A 6-month Exploration
with Robyn Smith and special guest, Karen Harris, M.Div.
Deepen your relationship with yourself, uncover blocks to your creativity and evolution,
and learn to live in alignment with your heart
This journey is about making deeper connections with yourself and others, while making transformational changes in your life that bring you increased joy and harmony.
If you find yourself making excuses for why you can’t follow your dreams or have what you want; if you lack confidence or self-esteem; if you’re struggling in your relationships or not sure what’s next, this group will support you.
In this six month adventure, we’ll co-create an intimate container for transformation. You’ll learn teachings and tools from the traditions of yoga, meditation, Hendricks life coaching, and more, that you can use for the rest of your life. Movement, meditation, discussion, writing, creativity, and fun activities will be incorporated into each session. No yoga experience necessary.
Starts February 6 and includes six afternoon meetings and one monthly coaching call.

Schedule:
12:30 – 5 p.m. in Arcata
Saturdays: Feb. 6, March 5, April 2, April 23, May 21, and June 18 (possible retreat day)
And one monthly hour-long phone call on a mutually agreed upon time.
$425 if paid by December 15, or $475 by January 25
Payment Plan:
$500 with $200 paid with application, $200 by March 5, and $100 by April 2
“In my coaching and self-esteem courses, I work with women who feel self-loathing, a lack of confidence, unworthy of success or unable to create what they really want. I also help women who feel locked in relationship patterns – at work or at home – that they can’t seem to change. I use a dynamic body-centered approach, incorporating mindfulness and body intelligence practices, where you learn to trust and reference your body as your guide. You’ll learn empowering tools to make positive shifts towards confidence, living in alignment with your heart, and creating the life you love.”
