Spring is a perfect season for clearing out accumulated toxins and blockages in our systems. This effective 2 – 4 week Ejuva program is very thorough yet gentle and user-friendly. Ejuva kit includes healing and cleansing herbal capsules, shakes, probiotics, a special oil and lots of instructions. You add a clean diet including fresh raw foods and juices. Cleansing at least 3 weeks gives the best results. Having a juicer is optimal. And having a group to share in the journey is ideal! The 4-week cleanse will finish a few days before Memorial Day weekend.
Robyn, a veteran cleanser, will guide you with email recipes, support, cleansing tips, Ayurvedic cleansing and lifestyle practices, a special cleansing yoga practice, and answer your questions. You will also benefit from the meetings and online group support and tips. It’s a fun experience and much easier when we share the experience with others, especially someone at home!

Tuesday, April 26, 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.: Pick-up kits, getting started tips and buddies
Second Meeting: Wednesday, May 11, 7:30 p.m.: mid-cleanse support, sharing stories, tips, recipes
Conference Call: Wednesday, May 18, 8 p.m.: for group support, tips, etc.
Optional Third in-person Meeting: A post-cleanse pot-luck on date the group decides

Sample schedule:
Week 1: 3 meals per day, mostly alkaline foods, juice, herbs and shakes
Week 2: 2 alkaline meals per day, increase herbs and shakes
Week 3: 1 alkaline meal per day, increase herbs and shakes
Week 4 (optional): no meals but lots of fresh juice, increase herbs and shakes
And you can eat plenty of avocados and good oils in weeks 1 – 3!
NOTE: Cleansing is not for everyone, especially those who are already quite thin and cold. Some people choose to cleanse for only 2 weeks and follow a moderate diet thereafter. You will be encouraged to listen to your body and honor your needs along the way. Please check with your health-care provider before cleansing if you have any concerns.

April 27 : Cleanse begins! (You may choose to begin at a later time and still receive the group support).

Split a Kit for Two (2- week cleanse each): $145 each with full access to group support for each person for 2 weeks
Fee includes a complete Ejuva kit with herbs and shakes good for 4 weeks, sales tax and all meetings, hand-outs and email support for each person. Food, juice, juicer not included.

“Cleansing is my way of resetting my internal clock and clearing out Winter weight and toxins. I’ve been cleansing since 1991 and this Ejuva cleanse is the most nurturing, cleansing, and doable cleanse I’ve found; the herbs are very supportive and nourishing and you get to eat meals the first 3 weeks.
